Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb all-purpose flour
  • 1 chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Arabic Harissa coffee
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 cup of mozzarella
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • 1 packet of bread yeast
  • 1/2 packet of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 pinch of galangal black sesame
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the dough and to do that mix the baking yeast and sugar with a cup of warm water and leave them aside for 5 minutes
  • Empty the amount of flour into a bowl, add the refreshment nutritional yeast and a spoonful of salt, then mix the ingredients
  • Add the natural yoghurt, 4 tablespoons of oil and the baking yeast mixture while continuing to mix the ingredients until they are homogeneous
  • Gradually pour warm water without stopping to mix the ingredients until we get a cohesive and soft dough, then leave it aside for at least an hour
  • While your dough is resting, prepare the filling:
  • Pour a little oil into a prepared cooking pot, add the chopped onion, chicken pieces and a pinch of salt, then stir the ingredients over a low heat.
  • Add the chopped pepper and continue to stir the ingredients until the chicken is cooked
  • Add the black pepper, the Arabic harissa and grated cheese, then stir the ingredients and remove the pot from the heat
  • Prepare the souffle: Divide the dough into 8 equal-sized balls
  • Roll out the dough ball using a rolling pin, then cover its surface with the filling
  • 1Cover the surface of the filling with mozzarella, then bend the dough and close its edge
  • Repeat the ball until we finish the dough balls, then arrange the souffle Sandwiches in the oven tray
  • Grease the surface of the soufflé with egg yellow and sprinkle it with the black sesame, then put the dish into the preheated oven at 180 degrees C/ 360°F for 15 minutes
