Grilled chicken method
Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 2 teaspoons of salt.
- 2 teaspoons of paprika.
- 2 teaspoons of spices.
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme.
- 2 teaspoons dried basil.
How to prepare:
- Wash the chicken and completely dry it from the water.
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and soy sauce, and mix very well.
- Add salt, paprika, spices, cinnamon, basil and thyme, and stir the ingredients again.

- 2 cups of chicken broth.

- 2 pods of cardamom.
- 3 Bay leaves
- Salt and black pepper.
How to prepare:
- In a saucepan on the fire, the water, add the cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper, and leave your ingredients simmering until everything starts boiling.
- Add the chicken and leave it on low heat for about half an hour until the chicken is fully cooked.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of mushrooms cut into small pieces.
- 2 finely grated onions.
- A cup of chopped parsley.
- One-quarter cup of mayonnaise.
- The juice of half a lemon.
- 1 cucumber, sliced.
- Sliced tomato.
- Chopped lettuce.
- 1 cup of black olive.
- Sliced colored pepper.
How to prepare:
- Put the mushrooms in a deep bowl, put the onions and parsley.
- Add lemon, mayonnaise, and pepper colors, and stir the ingredients well.
- Prepare according to the presentation and put the lettuce, and pour the mayonnaise mixture on it.

Qamaruddin drink
Ingredients:
- 1 package of 1 lb of Qamaruddin, appricot leather

- Qamar al-Din is placed in the water soaked in the electric mixer.

Qatayef in the oven
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour.
- Half a cup of fine semolina.
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
- 3 cups of water.
- A teaspoon of rose water.
- A teaspoon of nigella.
Filling Ingredients:
- 1 lb of akkawi cheese.
- A teaspoon of black sesame
- 2 Cups of syrup
- Pistachio for garnish.
How to prepare:
- Put in a mixer the flour, semolina, baking powder and water.
- Add to it rose water and nigella or black sesame, and mix the ingredients until we get a liquid dough and left aside for an hour.
- Put a non-stick frying pan on the stove until hot and grease it with a little oil.
- Put pieces of dough using a spoon until it turns golden from the bottom only, remove and repeat until the dough is finished.
- To prepare the filling, the akkawi cheese needs to be cut into thin slices and placed in water for a quarter of an hour.
- Drain the cheese from the water and soak again in the water for another quarter of an hour.
- Strain the cheese into a colander until the water is completely removed.
- In a bowl, mix the cheese with the nigella and stir well.
- Stuff the qatayef with cheese, and place it in an oven tray that has been greased with a little oil.
- Grease the Qatayef with butter from the face, and pace tray is placed in the medium oven until we get a golden color, and pour the syrup on top
