Raisins Brioche
A snack is often a chance for your child to enjoy a little sweetness that will allow him to recharge energy after a long day in his chair. And this is one of the most delicious desserts that you can enjoy,
Ingredients
- 180 milliliters of water
- 80 ml warm milk
- 80 milliliters liquid cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of soft butter
- 4 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of instant yeast
- 1 cup of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons raisins dried grapes
- 1 cup of water
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Put the raisins in the aromatic water and leave it aside until it softens
- Put the flour in a bowl, add the butter, sugar and salt, mix the ingredients well, then add the instant yeast
- Add the eggs one by one, then add the milk, water and finally the liquid cream
- Knead the dough well (add a little more flour if necessary) form a ball and leave it until it doubles in size
- Knead the dough until the air is removed, adding the raisins (after distillation) and the chocolate chips
- Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape them into long and thin circles
- Roll the dough cylinder in a spiral shape and repeat the process with the rest of the dough pieces
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F
- Let the dough rise again, about 10 to 15 minutes
- Brush the cake with egg yolk
- Put the cake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until it turns golden brown
- Put a little light syrup on top of the brioche
- Serve and enjoy your brioche!
