Clean the artichokes and cut it into small cubes
Put the shredded bottle in a pan and pour an important amount of water
Put the pan over the fire and add a spoonful of lemon juice
Set on the heat for about 7 to 10 minutes

Set aside until the amount of water drains completely
Prepare the vegetables; cut the lettuce, wash it and drain it, then leave it aside
Cut the cherry tomatoes, each piece in half
Chop the parsley, wash it, and then leave it until the amount of water is completely drained
Prepare the sauce; in a small saucepan; put the remaining amount of lemon juice
Add the crushed garlic, a little salt and black pepper
Pour the amount of olive oil, then mix the ingredients well
Prepare the salad; then put the artichoke pieces in another bowl
Add the cherry tomatoes and parsley
Turn the vegetables until they overlap each other
Pour the sauce mixture, then mix slowly
Spread the olives over the salad plate before serving it
