Mix the flour with the salt
Add the eggs and a spoonful of water and mix well by hand on the kneading method until a soft cohesive dough is formed
Cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes until it rests
Mix the onions with the minced meat, salt, and pepper until the ingredients are homogeneous and the mixture becomes smooth
Divide the dough into two halves, then spread the dough over a floured rectangular surface
Roll the dough to a very thin thickness, then cut it into small squares
Put about a tablespoon of meat and onion filling in each square of the dough
Close the edges of the dough in the form of a small bundle
Put the stuffed dough in a dish sprinkled with flour
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add the ground red pepper and stir until a little sautéed, then remove the pan from the heat and leave the pepper to cool
Add the crushed garlic to the yogurt and mix very well
Pour the water and add the salt to the saucepan and let boil
Add the stuffed dough squares to the water and cook for about 20 minutes to boil until it is done
Strain it and put it into a serving platter
Add the yogurt sauce with garlic over the manti
Top with the red pepper and the oil; then serve and enjoy!
