- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 finely chopped onions
- 2 Pounds of lamb chops
- 1 Pound of lamb liver
- 1 heart of lamb
- 1 cup of finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 - cut into chunks lemon
Heat the oil in a deep heavy pan, then add in the onions, the meat, the turmeric and salt and sauté for about 5 minutes
