Set your instant pot on the function sauté.
In an Instant Pot, heat the ghee, add the onion, garlic and stir for a few minutes, until you get a golden color.
Add the meat, spices, cinnamon, turmeric, pepper, and salt and stir for 2 minutes to toast the spices and change the color of the meat.
Add the black lime, tomato, tomato paste and toss very well with the meat
Add in 1/2 cup of water.
Start the Instant Pot cover and put set the pressure to high for 15 minutes.
After the steam is gone, open the Instant Pot.
Add in the okra
Lock the Instant pot with its lid and pressure-cook for about 3 to 5 minutes
Turn off the pressure cooker and let the pressure release naturally for about 10 minutes
Ladle the Bamia in serving bowls
