You can make these qatayef or what can also be spelled as Kataif with mozzarella cheese and water it with syrup and pistachios This recipe is delicious and doesn't require more than a few minutes to prepare

- 1/2 cup of semolina
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of blossom water
- 3 cups of water and you can also add a little according to the need
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese for stuffing
- 1 cup of syrup
- 1 cup of shredded pistachios for garnishing
Put the Qatayef ingredients from flour to water in a blender and mix them very well
Pour the mixture on a pre-heated non-stick Tefal frying pan to create a large circle
Repeat the process with the second cricle, and you can add layers to the qatayef with cheese
Let the circles cool; then grease the oven tray with melted butter
Place the first Qatayef circles with the holes facing up
Spread the mozzarella cheese on the circle, then put the second circle and its holes down
Press the second circles by hand to hold it together
Brush the face with the melted butter and put the tray in a hot oven to brown for a few minutes
Remove the qatayef out from the oven; then pour the syrup over the top
Top with the pistachios; then serve and enjoy!
