Put the raisins in the aromatic water and leave it aside until it softens
Put the flour in a bowl, add the butter, sugar and salt, mix the ingredients well, then add the instant yeast
Add the eggs one by one, then add the milk, water and finally the liquid cream
Knead the dough well (add a little more flour if necessary) form a ball and leave it until it doubles in size
Knead the dough until the air is removed, adding the raisins (after distillation) and the chocolate chips
Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape them into long and thin circles
Roll the dough cylinder in a spiral shape and repeat the process with the rest of the dough pieces
Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F
Let the dough rise again, about 10 to 15 minutes
Brush the cake with egg yolk
Put the cake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until it turns golden brown
Put a little light syrup on top of the brioche
Serve and enjoy your brioche!
